Complete Olive Oil Pressing Solution (0.5–1 t/h)
Fresh olives are wet fruit, not dry seed. A proper line does not just press — it rotates the paste slowly, then separates oil from pulp and oil from vegetable water in two separate centrifuges. This is the complete solution from our olive-factory quote: washing, crushing, malaxing, decanter separation, disc-polishing and PLC control, priced per machine and as a full line.
Rated capacity 0.5–1 t/h fresh olives, 41.1 kW installed power, all food-contact parts in SS304.
The process
Six linked steps, not a single press
De-leaf & wash
Scraper conveyor feeds fresh olives into the XYS-6000 washer that de-leafs and cleans at 0.5 t/h.
Grind
The ZTBC500 crusher breaks the fruit at a rated 1.5 t/h — fast enough to keep the loaded hopper moving.
Malax
The JBJ-250 paste mixer conditions the crushed pulp so oil droplets coarsen before separation.
Decanter
The LWS300 horizontal centrifuge (4200 r/min) pulls oil away from the heavier pulp at 1–5 t/h.
Polish
The DHC300 vertical butterfly centrifuge (6212 r/min) polishes the oil and splits off vegetable water.
Collect & pump
Finished oil drops into the DYG200 tank and is moved by the RY40 / KCB oil pumps.
