Direct project communication

Use WeChat to send oilseed photos, machine questions, workshop videos, bottle drawings, or other project files. Include enough context in the first message to identify the equipment route you are asking about.
First message checklist
Send the project, not only “hello”
- Exact oilseed or material and its current form
- Target batch size, daily input, or finished-oil output
- Hot press, cold press, or request for process advice
- Press only or complete line with preparation, filtration, refining, or filling
- Local voltage, phase, frequency, destination country, and available workshop space
- Photos, short video, drawing, or current process when a problem needs diagnosis
For machine selection
Useful files to send
- Close photos of the seed, kernel, pulp, cake, sludge, or other feed material
- A label or note showing the local electrical supply
- Workshop dimensions and access-door measurements for a line-layout request
- Bottle, cap, label, and fill-volume details for packaging equipment
- A short operating video that shows the full machine cycle when troubleshooting
Protect sensitive information
Send only the files needed for the equipment discussion. Remove passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, and unrelated personal information from drawings, screenshots, and videos.
Read the website privacy policy and WeChat’s own privacy information before using the channel.

Start with the raw material and target workload
A short, specific first message makes it easier to identify whether the next step is a machine model, a process route, a support-equipment list, or a request for more evidence.
