Filter the oil before bottling and keep it at a steady temperature so the fill volume stays accurate. For longer shelf life, a liquid nitrogen dosing machine can be added between filling and capping.

Which filling machine is best for cooking oil?
For most oil businesses a flow-meter filler is the best choice: it is accurate (±0.2% on the automatic model), handles 0.1–20 L and compensates for oil temperature and density automatically. Piston fillers suit small volumes and thicker products.
How many bottles per hour can an automatic oil filling line fill?
Our automatic lines are offered in two output bands, about 1,000–1,500 and 2,000–3,000 bottles per hour, depending on bottle size and number of filling heads (1 to 8).
Can one machine fill different bottle sizes?
Yes. The fill volume is set on the controller; for different bottle shapes the conveyor guides and capping parts are adjusted or changed.
Do you also supply the oil press and filter?
Yes. We build hydraulic oil presses, oil filters and complete oil production lines, so the filling section can be quoted together with the press.
