Edible oil bottling and packaging
Match the filling method to the bottle, oil, and production speed
Semi-automatic machines, automatic filling lines, bulk-container systems, capping, labeling, coding, and carton equipment can be supplied individually or planned as one packaging section.

Packaging workflow
Connect filling to the complete production route
The packaging section begins after oil filtration or refining and ends with a sealed, labeled, coded, and packed product.
Filling methods
Select the equipment class first

Sauce and paste piston filling
Pneumatic piston dosing for sauces, honey, peanut butter, creams, pastes, juice, water and suitable oils.
View sauce and paste filler →
Automatic filling lines
Continuous bottle handling with conveyors and optional integration to capping, labeling, and packing.
View automatic filling lines →
Flow-meter and weighing systems
Choose the measuring principle around filling range, container size, target accuracy, and line speed.
Review flow-meter filling →
End-of-line packaging
Add bottle feeding, capping, labeling, laser marking, conveyor transfer, and carton sealing where required.

Configuration data
What determines the filling-line design
- Oil type, viscosity, and filling temperature
- Bottle material, volume, neck, and cap style
- Target bottles per minute or daily output
- Required filling accuracy and cleaning method
- Semi-automatic or automatic operation
- Label, date code, carton, voltage, and workshop layout
Optional nitrogen dosing
For compatible bottles and products, a liquid nitrogen dosing unit can be positioned after filling and before capping to support headspace oxygen control and container pressure.
