Oilseed Solutions for Hydraulic Oil Press Machines

Raw material decision hub

Start with the material, then choose the pressing route

Oilseed preparation, pressing temperature, machine family, filtration, and downstream equipment all change with the raw material. Use this hub to open the closest existing guide before planning a standalone press or complete production line.

300 and 325 hydraulic oil press machines for hot pressing

Roasted or conditioned material

Hot-press routes

Open this route when the material guide calls for roasting, heating, steaming, or conditioning before hydraulic pressing.

355 to 500 model hydraulic oil press series for cold pressing

Lower-temperature processing

Cold-press routes

Use the cold-press guides to review material preparation, higher press-force choices, batch handling, and filtration without a roasting stage.

Preparation and process exceptions

Material-specific routes

Coconut, avocado, and palm require dedicated process checks. Their routes should not be selected from hydraulic press tonnage alone.

Decision order

Define the process before choosing the machine

A useful recommendation starts with the actual feed material and finished product, then works forward to preparation, pressing, clarification, and packaging.

01Identify material form
02Check cleaning and preparation
03Select hot, cold, or dedicated route
04Match the machine family
05Plan filtration or separation
06Add storage and filling

Selection checklist

Information needed before model matching

  • Exact raw material and form: whole seed, kernel, dried material, pulp, or fresh fruit
  • Moisture, shell condition, impurity level, and current cleaning method
  • Hot-pressed flavor, lower-temperature oil, crude oil, filtered oil, or refined oil target
  • Daily output target, planned operating hours, and batch preference
  • Existing crushers, roasters, steamers, filters, tanks, or filling equipment
  • Workshop dimensions, power supply, destination country, and packaging format

Do not select from tonnage alone

The same hydraulic press family can appear in several oilseed pages, but the preparation and downstream sections can be completely different. Fresh avocado requires de-stoning, pretreatment, and oil-water separation; palm fruit uses a dedicated double-screw route; and a fresh-coconut project may include water, milk, drying, separation, and oil processing.

Turn the raw material into a practical process route

Send the material condition, finished-oil target, daily output, available utilities, existing equipment, packaging plan, and destination. The recommendation can then cover both the press and the supporting line.
