Models 300 & 325 · Hot press
Hot press hydraulic oil press for sesame, peanut and roasted seeds
The 300 and 325 are our best-selling hydraulic oil press machines. They press roasted or conditioned oilseed with 300 or 325 tons of force, finish a barrel in 30–40 minutes and give the clear, aromatic oil that sesame and peanut oil shops are known for.
Both models share the same frame, 60 MPa hydraulic system and 800 mm-high barrel. The 325 adds 25 tons of force and higher cake pressure for only about 0.1 t more machine weight — which is why most buyers choose it.

300 and 325 hydraulic oil press specifications
Choose the 390 mm barrel for bigger batches of roasted seed. Choose the 300 mm barrel when you also want to cold press, because the smaller cake area raises cake pressure by about 70%.
| Model | Barrel | Batch | Cake pressure | Size with control box | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 300 | Ø390 × 800 mm | 5–100 kg | 25 MPa | 1100 × 800 × 2450 mm | 1.3 t |
| 325 | Ø390 × 800 mm | 5–100 kg | 27 MPa | 1100 × 800 × 2450 mm | 1.4 t |
| 300 | Ø300 × 800 mm | 5–60 kg | 42 MPa | 1050 × 720 × 2450 mm | 1.2 t |
| 325 | Ø300 × 800 mm | 5–60 kg | 46 MPa | 1050 × 720 × 2450 mm | 1.3 t |
Press force 300 t / 325 t; system pressure 60 MPa; motor 2.2 kW. Cake pressure in MPa per cm². Voltage and frequency are built to your country. Barrel options: single barrel, double barrel (one barrel loads while the other presses) and a combined 390/300 mm barrel set.

Which one should you buy?
- Choose the 325 for most sesame and peanut projects. The extra force squeezes the cake harder and leaves headroom for tougher seed.
- Choose the 300 when budget is tight and you only press well-roasted, high-oil seed such as sesame.
- Choose a double barrel when you want near-continuous output: one barrel is loaded while the other presses.
- Move up to the 355–500 if you plan to sell cold-pressed oil — unroasted seed needs more pressure.
Most common mistake
Buying on tonnage alone. Preparation decides yield: a well-roasted, correctly crushed sesame batch on a 300 can out-press a poorly prepared batch on a bigger model. Tell us your seed and we will set the roast and batch for you. 300 vs 325 explained →

FAQ
300 / 325 hydraulic oil press FAQ
How much does the 300 / 325 hydraulic oil press cost?
The 300 is our entry model and the 325 costs a little more; single or double barrel, barrel size and the roaster, filter and spare parts you add make the biggest difference. See the price guide or send your seed and daily target for an exact quote.
How much oil can the 325 produce per day?
It depends on the seed’s oil content. A 390 mm barrel holds up to about 100 kg of prepared seed and two barrels take about 1.5 hours including loading, so a single-barrel machine handles several hundred kilograms of seed per shift. Sesame at around 50% oil content gives far more oil per batch than peanut or rapeseed.
Can the 300 / 325 cold press?
Yes, with the 300 mm barrel, which gives 42–46 MPa of cake pressure. For a full cold-pressed product line on hard seeds, the 355–500 cold-press models are the better choice.
What are the wear parts?
Hydraulic seals (GL and Y-type rings, guide bands), carbon-steel separator plates and filter paper on the oil filter. See the maintenance schedule.
