Hydraulic press selection
Compare the machine families before choosing a model
Seven full-size hydraulic press models cover 300 to 630 tons of down pressure, with separate routes for hot pressing and cold pressing. Compact Korean-type presses serve shops and smaller batch production.

Hot pressing
Models 300 and 325
300 and 325 ton machines for cooked or conditioned oilseeds. Choose a 390 mm barrel for up to 100 kg reference press volume or a 300 mm barrel for higher cake pressure and up to 60 kg.

Cold pressing
Models 355 to 500
Five machine models provide 370, 410, 500, 600, and 630 tons of down pressure for harder oilseeds and lower-temperature extraction routes.

Compact production
Korean-type small presses
Stainless-steel KHOP-10KG, KHOP-15KG, and KHOP-20KG model classes for retail shops, pilot batches, and smaller edible-oil operations.

Full-size hydraulic press range
These values summarize the current standard model pages. Final barrel, electrical, and line configurations are confirmed against the raw material and output target.
| Process route | Machine models | Down pressure | Barrel choices | Reference press volume |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hot pressing | 300 / 325 | 300 / 325 ton | 390 mm or 300 mm diameter | 5-100 kg with 390 mm barrel; 5-60 kg with 300 mm barrel |
| Cold pressing | 355 / 400 / 426 / 480 / 500 | 370 / 410 / 500 / 600 / 630 ton | 390 mm or 300 mm diameter | 5-100 kg with 390 mm barrel; 5-60 kg with 300 mm barrel |
| Compact pressing | KHOP-10KG / 15KG / 20KG | Configuration specific | Compact stainless-steel format | Select by the named model class and actual material test |
Selection logic
Choose by process requirement, not tonnage alone
Hot-press route
Best considered when the raw material is roasted or conditioned and the project prioritizes practical throughput and cooked-oil flavor.
- Confirm crushing and roasting equipment
- Match the barrel to batch size and cake pressure
- Add filtration before storage or filling
Cold-press route
Best considered for premium positioning, lower-temperature processing, and oilseeds that need higher pressing force.
- Confirm allowable material temperature
- Review shell hardness and cake-pressure needs
- Plan longer batch cycles where applicable
Supporting equipment
