Hydraulic oil press specifications at a glance
All seven full-size models run a 60 MPa hydraulic system with an 800 mm-high barrel. Press force — not system pressure — is what increases from model to model. A 390 mm barrel holds more seed per batch; a 300 mm barrel gives higher pressure on the cake for hard or low-oil materials.

Cake pressure in MPa per cm² of cake surface. Cycle time is pressing only, excluding loading and cake removal; real output depends on the oilseed, preparation and batch load. Preparation and pressing temperature matter as much as tonnage. Roasted sesame and peanut go to the 300/325 hot press; walnut, flax and other premium seeds are usually cold pressed on the 355–500 range.

A hydraulic press squeezes the oil out with steady pressure instead of screw friction, so the oil runs clear, keeps its aroma and stays cool enough for cold-pressed labels. That is why sesame, walnut and other premium oils are traditionally hydraulic pressed.

How much does a hydraulic oil press machine cost?
The price depends mainly on the model (press force), single or double barrel, barrel diameter and what you add around the press — roaster, oil filter, control options and spare parts. A hot-press 300/325 is our entry level; the 355–500 cold-press models cost more because the cylinder, frame and steel thickness scale with force. Which model should I choose — 300/325 or 355–500?
Choose the 300 or 325 for roasted, hot-pressed seeds such as sesame and peanut. Choose the 355–500 range for cold pressing harder or premium materials such as walnut, flaxseed, tea seed, almond and pumpkin seed, where higher cake pressure raises the yield. What oilseeds can a hydraulic oil press process?
Sesame, peanut, walnut, flaxseed (linseed), rapeseed and mustard, tea seed (camellia), almond, pine nut, pumpkin seed, hemp seed, perilla, sea buckthorn, dried coconut (copra) and cocoa liquor. New materials can be test-pressed in our factory from a sample you send.
Hydraulic or screw oil press — which is better?
A screw press is continuous and suits large tonnages of low-value seed. A hydraulic press works in batches, runs cooler and gives clearer oil with better flavour, so it suits sesame, walnut and other premium or cold-pressed oils and fresh-oil shops.
