Semi-automatic oil and sauce filling machine (50–500 mL)
A compact pneumatic piston filler for small bottles of edible oil, sauces, honey, peanut butter and pastes. The operator places the bottle under the nozzle and the piston doses an exact volume every cycle.
It is the simplest way for a small oil shop or food workshop to bottle quickly and accurately, without a full automatic line.

How to fill accurately
- Set the volume on the piston stroke scale, then check a few test fills on a scale.
- Use clean, dry compressed air at a steady pressure.
- Keep thick products such as honey or peanut butter at a steady temperature.
- Recheck the fill after changing product, volume or air pressure.
Need more output?
For larger bottles or continuous production, step up to a flow-meter filler or an automatic oil filling line.

Can this machine fill edible oil?
Yes. It fills edible oil as well as thicker sauces and pastes. For oil in 1–5 L bottles, a flow-meter or weighing filler is usually faster.
Does it need electricity?
Only a little (30 W) for the controls; the filling action is driven by compressed air, so you also need an air compressor.
How accurate is it?
±1% of the set volume, confirmed with your own product and bottle during setup.
