300 / 325 hot-press family
Hydraulic oil presses for roasted and conditioned oilseeds
The 300 and 325 models use 300-ton and 325-ton down pressure with a source-listed 60 MPa hydraulic system. For the standard hot-press configuration, both models use a 390 mm diameter, 800 mm high barrel with a 5-100 kg press-volume range.

Application fit
Match the press to a prepared hot-press material
The current product page lists sesame, tea seed, walnut, peanut, soybean, flax, rapeseed, mustard, and sunflower seed as suitable materials. The route is designed around material that has already been cleaned, reduced to the required form, and roasted or conditioned before pressing.
- Use crushed or powdered material when planning around the source-listed barrel capacity.
- Confirm roasting temperature, moisture condition, and feeding method for the actual oilseed.
- Run a material test when oil yield, cake condition, or flavor is commercially important.
Separate non-food applications
The source also lists oil sludge, oil residue, meal, waste clay, animal-oil residue, and medicinal-residue dehydration. Treat these as separate process projects: provide the material composition and required discharge condition before selecting a press or downstream equipment.
Suitable process route
Prepare, hot press, clarify, and transfer
The press is one section of the line. Upstream preparation determines whether the barrel can be filled consistently; downstream filtration determines whether the crude oil is ready for storage or filling.
Operating references
Use the cycle figures for early planning only
These values come from the current product page. They are useful for a first layout and staffing discussion, but they are not guaranteed output values for every raw material.
Source-listed barrel reference
- Up to 100 kg per barrel for oilseed in crushed powder form
- 30-40 minutes pressing time per barrel, excluding feeding and cake unloading
- Two barrels in 1.5 hours, including feeding and cake unloading
325 model cake example
The source presents a worked 325-model example describing a solid cake, approximately 5% residual oil, and 95% oil-output efficiency for common oilseeds.
Reference example, not a guarantee: actual results depend on oilseed variety, oil content, cleaning, particle size, roasting, moisture, temperature, loading, cycle settings, and filtration.
Standard hot-press specification
390 mm barrel configuration
Both models share the same barrel dimensions, system pressure, press-volume range, and approximate installed envelope. The 325 model adds down pressure, cake surface pressure, and approximately 0.1 ton of machine weight.
| Model | Down pressure | System pressure | Barrel | Press volume | Approx. size with control box | Approx. weight with control box | Cake surface pressure |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 300 | 300 tons | 60 MPa | 390 mm diameter x 800 mm high | 5-100 kg | 1100 x 800 x 2450 mm | 1.3 ton | 25 MPa/cm2 |
| 325 | 325 tons | 60 MPa | 390 mm diameter x 800 mm high | 5-100 kg | 1100 x 800 x 2450 mm | 1.4 ton | 27 MPa/cm2 |
Source-unit note
The cake surface-pressure unit above is reproduced as listed on the source page. Confirm the calculation basis and drawing values in the technical quotation before comparing it with another press design.
Alternate barrel configuration
300 mm barrel for higher listed cake surface pressure
The source positions this narrower barrel for cold-press use. It reduces the listed press-volume range to 5-60 kg while increasing cake surface pressure. Discuss this configuration separately if the project must handle both hot- and cold-press products.
| Model | Down pressure | System pressure | Barrel | Press volume | Approx. size with control box | Approx. weight with control box | Cake surface pressure |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 300 | 300 tons | 60 MPa | 300 mm diameter x 800 mm high | 5-60 kg | 1050 x 720 x 2450 mm | 1.2 ton | 42 MPa/cm2 |
| 325 | 325 tons | 60 MPa | 300 mm diameter x 800 mm high | 5-60 kg | 1050 x 720 x 2450 mm | 1.3 ton | 46 MPa/cm2 |
Core press assembly
What the source describes on the machine
Use this as a technical scope checklist, not a final packing list. Confirm exactly what is supplied, installed, and shipped in the quotation.
Pressing barrel
Trapezoidal key-bar structure
Evenly arranged, welded bars are described as wider outside and narrower inside to support oil discharge and reduce channel blockage. The source identifies Q690 high-strength alloy steel and a forged reinforcing flange.
Hydraulic station
High-low dual-pump system
The page lists an 80 MPa working-pump capability, 60 MPa operating system pressure, high- and low-pressure relief valves, dual high-pressure safety valves, and an ultra-high-pressure four-core directional valve.
Drive and control
2.2 kW motor and control box
The described control system uses microcomputer control, dual pressure gauges, dual high-pressure control, and dual high-pressure electrical safety devices. Confirm voltage, frequency, and phase for the installation country.
Cylinder and frame
Heat-treated cylinder in an H-frame
The source specifies 27-silicon-manganese alloy cylinder tubing, GL and Y-type seal elements, front and rear guide bands, and a channel-steel H-frame.
Included versus project-selected scope
Build the complete hot-press section around the press
The press assembly is described with its barrel, hydraulic station, motor, controller, cylinder, and frame. The following upstream and downstream machines are selected to suit the raw material and finished-oil requirement.
Maintenance and spares
Confirm the service package before shipment
The source identifies the cylinder sealing arrangement but does not state maintenance intervals, hydraulic-fluid grade, or a standard spare-parts quantity. Put those items into the technical and commercial confirmation.
- Request the specified GL ring, Y-type retaining ring, and guide-band part numbers.
- Confirm whether a cylinder seal kit is included or quoted as a spare.
- Request the approved hydraulic-fluid grade and change schedule.
- Confirm barrel cleaning instructions for the key-bar oil channels.
- Ask for pressure-gauge, relief-valve, and electrical troubleshooting procedures.
Site planning
Allow for the real machine envelope
The standard hot-press configuration is listed at approximately 2450 mm high and 1.3-1.4 ton with the control box. Review more than floor area alone.
- Door, container, and internal handling clearances
- Ceiling height and service access above the cylinder
- Floor loading, leveling, and anchoring plan
- Operator access for filling and cake unloading
- Oil collection, filtration, and clean-product transfer path
Buyer checklist
Send enough detail for a usable quotation
A model number alone is not enough to define the barrel, process route, electrical package, supporting machines, or expected operating schedule.
Material and production inputs
- Oilseed type, variety, and sample photos
- Incoming form, cleanliness, moisture, and oil content if known
- Hot-press preparation already available: cleaning, crushing, and roasting
- Target batch size, operating hours, and daily crude-oil target
- Required cake condition and intended cake use
Machine and project inputs
- Preferred 300 or 325 model, or request model matching
- 390 mm hot-press barrel or a separate 300 mm configuration discussion
- Local voltage, frequency, phase, and control-language requirement
- Filtration, storage, filling, and packaging scope
- Destination country, installation constraints, and requested spare-parts scope
