Cold press oil machine: 370 to 630-ton hydraulic presses
Cold-pressed oil sells on flavour, nutrition and a clean label — but unroasted seed holds its oil tightly. Our five cold-press hydraulic oil press machines solve that with 370 to 630 tons of force, enough to squeeze walnut, flaxseed, tea seed, almond and pumpkin seed without heating.
All five share a 60 MPa system and an 800 mm-high barrel. You choose the force for your seed and the barrel for your batch size.

Built for continuous high pressure
The cold-press range uses an integrated molded steel-plate frame instead of the channel-steel frame of the 300/325, so it can carry up to 630 tons all day.

High/low dual pump
80 MPa-rated working pump running the system at 60 MPa, mechanical high/low-pressure relief valves and two high-pressure safety valves.

Motor and control box
2.2 kW motor on the 355–480, 4 kW on the 500. Microcomputer control with two pressure gauges that should always read the same — a simple daily check of the hydraulic system.

Which cold-press model fits?
- 355 / 400 — soft, high-oil kernels: walnut, pine nut, almond.
- 426 — the all-rounder for mixed premium seeds, 71 MPa on the cake with the 300 mm barrel.
- 480 / 500 — hard or lower-oil seeds such as flaxseed, tea seed and pumpkin seed, and long daily shifts.
- Double barrel on any model when one 2-hour cycle per barrel is too slow.

Keep the seed and oil temperature low but not cold — filtering works best when the oil is warm, so store and filter in a heated room. Choosing a filter →

What is the difference between the 355 and the 500?
Press force: 370 tons versus 630 tons, which raises cake pressure from 31 to 53 MPa with the 390 mm barrel (52 to 89 MPa with the 300 mm barrel). The 500 is also about 1.4 t heavier and slightly taller.
Is the oil really cold pressed?
Yes. The seed is not roasted and the press adds no heat of its own, so you can label the oil as cold pressed when the seed and oil temperatures meet your market’s rule.
How long does one batch take?
About 2 hours of pressing per barrel, or about 4.5 hours for two barrels including loading and cake removal. A double-barrel machine overlaps loading with pressing.
How much does a cold press hydraulic oil press cost?
