Why pressed oil turns cloudy in the cold, when winterization (dewaxing) is worth adding, what a 1 t/day dewaxing unit contains, and how it fits after the hydraulic press and filter.
A real cold-pressed hemp seed oil line built around a Model 426 hydraulic oil press: screening, drying below 38 C, pre-pressing, filtration, dewaxing, and the technical questions the buyer asked.
A real 10 t/day hot-pressed peanut oil plan: 23 t of kernels, 18 Model 325 hydraulic presses, 8 pre-press machines, 13 roasters, shelling, aflatoxin and filling, with the arithmetic for each count.

Pressed oil isn't clean on its own. A buyer's guide to oil filtration — why you have to filter, plate-and-frame vs settling vs polishing filters, the 60–70°C rule, and how to match filtration to whether you sell fresh in-store or bottle a brand.
MPa, tonnage and cake surface pressure all appear on the spec sheet — but only one really separates one oil press from another. A buyer's guide to reading the numbers and not overpaying for the wrong machine.
Small, automatic hydraulic presses for sesame oil shops and Korean-style fresh-oil retail. Compare the KHOP-10KG, 15KG and 20KG — capacity, power and footprint — and find which fits your shop.
The 300 and 325 are our hot-press workhorses: 300/325 tons, a 60 MPa system pressure and a 2.2 kW motor. Here is what they press, how they differ, how fast they run and who should choose them.
Five cold-press models, 355 to 500, span 370–630 tons. They share one barrel and 60 MPa system pressure; what changes is pressing force.
If you are building a premium cold-pressed oil — walnut, perilla, sea buckthorn, coconut, almond — the press you choose decides whether you actually deliver on the “cold-pressed” promise your buyers are paying for. The single most common question we…
